Your health and safety are a priority at ISPA EXPO. We have been adapting our plans based on new and evolving information through the recommendations of Orange County, the state of Florida and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
CrowdPass is a third-party health clearance service being utilized by ISPA EXPO. ALL EXPO ATTENDEES MUST upload proof of their COVID-19 vaccination, OR a negative test result (administered by a third party within 48 hours of arrival) to CrowdPass prior to arriving on-site at ISPA EXPO.

No. Attendees are required to submit proof of vaccination or negative test results to CrowdPass. If you have not uploaded your proof of vaccination or negative test results before you arrive onsite, you will be asked to do so before proceeding to registration or you may opt to take a test on site, for a fee.
NO. ISPA EXPO only permits those attendees who have been fully vaccinated or show proof of negative COVID-19 test results within the past 48 hours. ISPA EXPO utilizes the Centers for Disease and Prevention Control’s definition of fully vaccinated.

Tests must be administered by a third-party and can be a molecular test, nucleic acid amplification test [NAAT], RT-PCR, TMA, LAMP, NEAR, HDA or antigen test). Antibody or serological tests will not be accepted. Documentation may be paper or electronic copy and must include the name and contact information for the laboratory or healthcare personnel who performed the test.

You will be asked to upload your negative test results once received by the local third-party lab. A list of local pharmacies will be available on site COVID-19 testing is also available at the following locations: CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens Pharmacy.
No. On-site testing is only for event attendees upon arrival. Should you require a COVID-19 test before leaving Orlando to your destination, CareSpot offers standard PCR testing acceptable for airline travel.
No. Although not required, regardless of vaccination status, masks are recommended for anyone attending the event.
